Pre-Toddler & Toddlers
Pre-Toddler Program: Ms. Rose
Welcome to Pre-Toddlers! My name is Rose and I would like to tell you a little about myself, to get to know me better. I have worked at Country Dawn for almost nine years. The first three years I worked part-time in Pre-Kindergarten and subbed in other classrooms. Now it will be six years working in PreToddlers and was given the opportunity to be the lead teacher three years ago.
I have completed 20 hours of STARS Merit training, CPR/First Aid Training, HIV/AIDS blood born pathogens class. I will also continue to take classes that are offered throughout the year.
I’m fluent in Spanish, which I plan to teach the children colors and numbers in Spanish for example. My goal is caring for your child and to create a fun, safe, supportive and nurturing environment.
We are looking forward to getting to know you and your child. Listed below are a few essential tips, hints and reminders that will help us all have a smooth transition when coming to school.
Toddler Program: Ms. Rachel
My name is Rachel Iqbal and I will be working with your child as the lead teacher for the Toddler program. I am excited to help your child grow, learn and change throughout the year.
I grew up in Lake Stevens and graduated from Lake Stevens High School in 2010. I started here at Country Dawn in 2012. I have been working with the before and after school enrichment program here at Country Dawn for the past 6 years and loved every minute of it. I am fully trained in CPR, first aid and blood borne pathogens. I began my education in Early Childhood Education 3 years ago and have got my degree and certificates specializing in Infants and Toddlers.
When I’m not at Country Dawn I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, cooking and trying new foods. I am looking forward to getting to know each one of you and your toddler. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns please feel free to reach out to me.
